Welcome to LD wheels . These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services, vehicle inquiries, bookings, and purchases made through our platform.

By accessing our Site, booking a test drive, placing a deposit, or purchasing a vehicle from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

1. General Eligibility

To use our website, book a test drive, or purchase a vehicle, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid, current driver’s license (if arranging a test drive or driving a vehicle off our premises).
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2. Vehicle Listings and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure that all information, specifications, imagery, pricing, and mileages of the pre-owned vehicles listed on our Site are accurate and up to date.

Pre-Owned Nature: You acknowledge that all vehicles listed on our Site are pre-owned. As such, they may exhibit reasonable wear and tear consistent with their age and mileage.
Errors and Omissions: While we strive for perfection, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding vehicle descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. LD wheels reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel any inquiries or reservations placed for a vehicle listed at an incorrect price.
Availability: All vehicles are subject to prior sale. A listing on the Site does not guarantee that the vehicle is still available at the moment of your inquiry.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Fees

Pricing: All prices displayed on our Site are in GBP( £ )and are [inclusive/exclusive] of VAT (where applicable), unless stated otherwise.
Additional Costs: Final vehicle pricing excludes road tax, vehicle registration fees, insurance, and delivery charges unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Reservations and Deposits

To reserve a vehicle while you arrange a viewing or financing, you may be required to pay a reservation deposit.

Holding Period: Upon receipt of a reservation deposit, we will hold the vehicle for an agreed-upon period of [e.g., 48 or 72 hours].
Refundability: Unless stated otherwise in writing, reservation deposits are [fully refundable / non-refundable] if you choose not to proceed with the purchase after inspecting the vehicle. If you do proceed, the deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price.

5. Test Drives

Before participating in a test drive, you must present:

A valid, physical driver's license.

You agree to drive safely, obey all traffic laws, and follow any instructions provided by LD wheels staff. LD wheels reserves the right to refuse or terminate a test drive at our sole discretion.

6. Financing and Third-Party Services

If you choose to finance your vehicle purchase through one of our partner lenders:

Finance is subject to status, age, and credit checks.
LD wheels acts as a credit broker, not a lender.
Any finance agreement is a separate contract between you and the third-party finance provider. We are not liable for the decisions, terms, or policies of these lenders.

7. Purchase, Ownership, and Delivery

Contract Formation: A contract of sale is only finalized and legally binding when both parties have signed a physical or digital Vehicle Order Form and the full purchase price has been cleared in our bank account.
Transfer of Title: Title and legal ownership of the vehicle will not pass to you until we have received cleared payment in full.
Collection and Delivery: Vehicles must be collected from our designated location unless delivery has been formally arranged. If delivery is arranged, you are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring a authorized person is present to accept the vehicle.

8. Consumer Rights, Returns, and Refunds

Your purchase is protected under Consumer Rights Act 2015 for the UK.

Distance Selling Regulations: If you purchase a vehicle entirely online/over the phone without visiting our physical premises (a "Distance Contract"), you may have a statutory right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of taking delivery.
Fair Usage Limits: If you exercise a right to return the vehicle under distance selling laws, the vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was delivered. A deduction may be made for depreciation if the vehicle has been driven beyond a reasonable test-mileage limit (e.g., [e.g., 50 or 100] miles).
Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the vehicle to us unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Warranties

Standard Warranty: All our pre-owned vehicles come with a 6-month limited warranty covering specific mechanical and electrical faults, unless sold under a separate manufacturer warranty or clearly marked otherwise.
Third-Party Warranties: Extended warranty packages may be purchased separately. The terms of those warranties are governed by their respective providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LD wheels shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or the purchase of our vehicles.
Any loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Delays in vehicle preparation, delivery, or registration due to third-party actions (e.g., transport delays, licensing authority backlogs).

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LD wheels and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
